How We Work:
We have three options which can be used individually or as a combination:
1. Construction only:
By far the most important part of any building work is choosing the right team to carry it out for you. We have several building teams who can provide a free, no obligation quote and timeline for your consideration. We will be in contact throughout to make sure the quote is acceptable and to answer any queries you might have.
2. Professional Services Package:
This is a client representation service wherein we will liaise with the professional team in each field to put together the full package of documents and permissions to allow you to commence work safely and legally. This is a service particularly popular with those who do not have the time to go through the often long and complicated process themselves and instead want the benefit of having one port of call for everything.
3. Project management service:
This involves a day to day oversight of the project and daily coordination with all parties involved. Typically this service is calculated as a percentage of the total build cost. We will act as your representative on site and report back to you. The need for project management is often dependent on the size of the project and can be discussed on a case by case basis.
